2.1 wireless optical communications
Wireless optical communication is a technology that uses invisible electromagnetic waves such as visible light or infrared light as information transmission media to achieve high-speed wireless data transmission and communication. Typically, wireless optical communications use LEDs or lasers as transmitters, use optoelectronic devices to receive signals and convert them into electrical signals, and complete data decoding at the receiving end.
The advantages and disadvantages of wireless optical communication are obvious. The advantages are high transmission rate, low interference and strong confidentiality. The disadvantages are that it can only communicate in a point-to-point straight line, the humidity and dust in the warehouse affect the beam, the shaking of the equipment affects the beam, the transmission distance is short, the cost is expensive, and the delivery cycle is long. At present, the common optical communication brands on the market are mainly foreign brands. Such as Leuze, Pepperl+Fuchs, Siemens, SIK, etc.
2.2 Leakage cable communication
Leaky wave communication technology is a linear antenna transmission technology that combines the characteristics of small signal feeder transmission loss and radio frequency signal diffraction. When working, a cone-shaped signal area is radiated around the leaky wave feeder cable. Wireless clients and wireless access points can establish communication links with the help of this signal area.
Advantages of leaky wave communication technology: This technology was introduced to China earlier and has been adopted by some leading companies; the technology is relatively mature. Its shortcomings are also obvious, including the need to lay special leaky cables, the installation accuracy, equipment cost and construction cost are very high, the leaky cables need to be laid in sections, which may cause problems such as roaming disconnections, and they are easily affected by other co-frequency interference in the environment. communication.

3.1 Project description
A three-dimensional warehouse in South China is about 220 meters long, 70 meters wide, 25 meters high, and has a volume of about 385,000 cubic meters. The three-dimensional warehouse uses high-strength steel shelves with a height of about 22 meters and a length of about 200 meters; it is equipped with 18 high-rise tunnel stackers (hereinafter referred to as stackers) with a tunnel length of about 200 meters; it is equipped with 18 L-shaped ring stackers Rail shuttle vehicle (hereinafter referred to as RGV), the RGV track is L-shaped and about 300 meters long;
Require: 18 stackers and 18 RGVs must be connected to the industrial Ethernet to communicate with the host computer in real time, and receive real-time scheduling from the WMS and WCS systems to achieve accurate intelligent entry and exit tasks.
3.2 Design
3.2.1Stacker communication

3.2.2 RGV multi-pass communication
