[Abstract] 

This paper introduces Plc2ETH™ Data Transmission Systems (Power line communication Data Transmission System). CRC2ETH™ consists of PEB-DM, PEB-RD, busbars, and power carrier dedicated isolators. It uses OFDM modem technology to load Ethernet data onto the busbars for transmission, meeting the requirements of reliable real-time mobile communication in industrial manufacturing sites. This paper introduces the system architecture of different industrial site environments and different industries in detail, providing good technical guidance for industrial intelligent manufacturing enterprises to set up on-site communication solutions.

Industrial sites require stable communications to ensure the normal operation of enterprises. Wireless transmission technology cannot meet actual needs due to many factors in industrial sites. For example: the equipment in industrial sites is in a mobile state, so it places very high requirements on wireless communication; metal materials in industrial sites cause wireless signals to be shielded or absorbed, making it difficult to achieve stable signal transmission; infrared communication cannot achieve direction change and is easily interfered by the environment, and it cannot be widely used in modern intelligent manufacturing; the distance limitation of leaky cables and the high response and cost of switching time between nodes cannot meet the needs of the development of smart factories in the world today. The CRC2ETH™ data transmission system has been accumulated by Kunshan Net Electric Technology for more than ten years. It adopts OFDM orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technology and has strong error correction and anti-interference capabilities; at the same time, it improves the transmission power of the product and adopts MIMO and other technologies to ensure fast and stable data transmission, which can meet the characteristics of industrial intelligent manufacturing's growing bandwidth and decreasing latency. The system has a standard computer Ethernet interface that supports various industrial Ethernet protocols, providing a strong guarantee for the construction of smart factories.

Structural mode

The CRC2ETH™ data transmission system of Kunshan Wondertek consists of PEB, power lines or rails and terminal control equipment. PEB can be set to master (DM) / slave (RD) mode:
